What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel up to 2 days before the date of your booking then there will e no charge. If you cancel less than 2 days before your stay you will need to pay for the nights you have booked, unless we can re-let the room(s)
Do you accept payment by credit/debit card?
Currently, we do not accept card payments. we accept cash or cheque only unless otherwise agreed. We can invoice and arrange for BACS or Swift payments when necessary.
What time can I check-in?
Check-in is from 11:30am, but if you wish to arrive earlier and the room is ready then we will of course check you in ASAP. Otherwise you are welcome to leave bags and belongings and check-in later.
What time is check-out on departure?
Check-out time is 10.30am, but we are happy to store luggage and belongings if required.
What time is breakfast served ?
Breakfast is served between 7.00am - 8.30am Monday to Friday
7.00am - 9.00am Saturday & Sunday
Can you cater for Vegetarians or Vegans?
Of course we can. But please note we would appreciate it if you could let us know your requirements when making your booking or at check-in
Do you have a guests lounge?
We have a lounge that is for the use of all guests.
Is Carparking available?
Yes, there is a car park at the rear of Ashleigh House
